The Family Room A combination of architectural elements, broken tile and wood, patchwork fabrics, coral stone and an old railroad timber as a mantel, describe a rustic old-world setting.
The Kitchen Lime-painted walls, stone floors and tumbled marble are rendered in driftwood tones. Strong colors in key places accent this palette.
Kitchen Detail Some cabinet door fronts were designed with screening material for a "country living" appeal.
Kitchen Counters The mosaic inserts included trinkets of memorabilia from the owners' travels. Concrete counters were poured on site and buffed with oil.
Rosen House No. 2 All cabinets were fitted with antique hardware, each door front design is different. Lime paint walls are seen in the background in this view of work in progress.
