Asian-Style Seating
Cushions hang from the wall on bamboo in place of full booths. Fans are shown backlit on a dark sage-green wall.

Arched Windows
Mounted fans are perfectly backlit by windows. Shoji screens are also backlit and serve to separate table settings.

Japanese Calligraphy
Each chef signed the wall with bold brushwork and the designer ?s logo serves as the red 'chop' stamp.

The Sushi Bar
Six-inch backsplash was laid with matte black tiles and interspersed with stones. This technique was used on the sink wall also.
