Custom Alcoves Designed to hold fresh produce and bread, alcoves were also painted with tromp l ?oeil images of vegetables at the back.
Central Bar Area Bar features a cobalt-stained concrete bar top and old windows on the face of the bottle rack.
Entertainment Room Looking out to the main dining room through open alcoves of troweled plaster, the room divider ends at a dark-painted wall, which matches the ceiling. Lit correctly this design focuses the viewer's attention to the decorative plaster and less to the drop ceiling.
Spanish Tile Floor Much of the original Spanish tile floor was saved by adding new floor as needed. Cement was floated with borders of broken tiles.
Window Treatments Vintage tablecloths were fastened together with large buttonholes and various old buttons. Old windows are set into the front face of the building where very little exterior interest existed previously.
