Mongolian Masks
Masks are primary wall features throughout the restaurant. Unique, hand-painted banners by an internationally known artist are at each table setting.

The Dining Area
The narrow floor plan design called for tables placed down one long wall. This was made more intimate with dividing ceiling banners that could be lowered. A large window opposite these tables invites the customers to watch chefs preparing food.

"Marketplace Diorama"
A warmly lit assemblage of vegetables emphasizes the importance of fresh produce in the over-all experience of Mongolian style cuisine.
